Key Responsibilities1. Training & Development

  • Plan and conduct orientation programs for newly joined nurses.
  • Organize regular in-service education sessions and skill-based training.
  • Conduct competency assessments and refresher training.
  • Develop training calendars and ensure implementation.
  • Coordinate BLS/ACLS and emergency response training programs.

2. Clinical Supervision & Skill Enhancement

  • Monitor nursing practices on the floor.
  • Identify training gaps through audits and observation.
  • Provide hands-on clinical demonstrations.
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs and nursing protocols.

3. Quality & Compliance

  • Support NABH/JCI (if applicable) compliance in nursing education.
  • Maintain training records, attendance sheets, and competency files.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in infection control training and compliance monitoring.

4. Evaluation & Performance Monitoring

  • Conduct periodic skill assessments.
  • Provide feedback to Nursing Superintendent regarding staff performance.
  • Track training effectiveness and clinical outcomes.
  • Prepare monthly training and audit reports.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with HODs and consultants for department-specific training.
  • Support HR during recruitment by conducting skill evaluations.
  • Promote evidence-based nursing practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
