The Nursing Incharge is responsible for suprervising the Nursing activities during their shift timing. The role of the shift Nursing incharge is to ensure that Quality Nursing care is provided by the Nursing Team, assessment of the residents, maintaining resident's record, assist during the invasive and non-invasive procedure, reporting to Physician and other Health care providers and maintaining the cleanliness of the resident's rooms and the Floor.
Proper disposal of the bio-medical waste should be supervised, Nursing duty roaster to be prepared on a weekly basis, Communicating with resident's family and giving updates about their health.
*Creating an enthusiastic and positive work environment.
*Providing training to the new nursing staff and the trainee students.
*Maintaining a good interpersonal relationship with elderly residents.
Skills:
* Strong clinical Knowledge and Nursing skills
*Ability to lead, supervise, guide a team of Nursing Proffesionals.
*Good communication skills.
*Taking Charge during emergency situation and Handling without hassle.
*Monitoring the Performance of the staff.
*Coordinating with the Physiotherapy team and food & beverage team.
*Ensure resident's safety and hygiene is maintained.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
