Job Opportunity: Nursing Incharge - ICU & ICU Nurses

Location: HVS Hospital, Borivali & Dadar, Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage nursing staff in ICU and related departments
• Assist doctors and interventional specialists during ICU procedures and patient care
• Prepare and maintain ICU equipment and ensure sterile environment
• Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards
• Monitor patients pre‑ and post‑procedure, including critical care management
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital management for smooth workflow
• Support training and performance development of nursing staff

Requirements

• GNM / B.Sc. / P.B.B.Sc. (Nursing) with valid Maharashtra Nursing Council registration
• Nursing Incharge (ICU): Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in ICU or critical care
• ICU Nurse: Minimum 2 years of ICU/critical care
• Experience of working in Cardiac setup will be an advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Candidates residing between Andheri and Virar (for Borivali) will be preferred
