Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Swabi for a Nursing Instructor. The Nursing Instructor will be responsible for designing and developing nursing curricula, delivering engaging and effective lectures, and supervising students in clinical and practical settings. Additional responsibilities include mentoring students, evaluating their performance, and staying updated with advancements in nursing and healthcare practices to ensure a high-quality learning experience for students.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Nursing Education
• Comprehensive knowledge of Nursing and Medicine
• Specialized expertise in Critical Care Medicine
• Strong teaching, counseling, and mentorship skills
• Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive educational environment
• Relevant professional experience in nursing or healthcare
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification, licensure, or equivalent
