Instructor - Healthcare (Taiser Town)

JOB PURPOSE:

To deliver quality nursing education by teaching theoretical and practical courses of BSN, mentoring students in clinical skills, and preparing them to become competent, ethical, and professional nurses who can contribute effectively to the healthcare sector.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Deliver lectures and practical training as per curriculum standards.

· Mentor and guide students in clinical practices and academic performance.

· Develop lesson plans, course materials, and assessment tools.

· Ensure compliance with professional and institutional academic standards.

· Promote discipline, ethics, and professional conduct among students

· Recommend improvements in training delivery for enhanced learning outcomes.

· Participate in academic audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives.

· Support institutional activities, health awareness programs, and community initiatives.

· Provide practical training in patient care techniques, medical procedures, and healthcare ethics.

· Develop innovative teaching methodologies and integrate new technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare (Master’s preferred).

· Valid nursing certification/registration.

· 2–4 years of professional and/or teaching experience in nursing and healthcare.

· Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care, and healthcare standards.

· Excellent communication, instructional, and classroom management skills.

· Ability to mentor and inspire students.

· Commitment to nursing ethics, discipline, and professionalism.
