Training Officer (Pharm.D)

Job Summary:

The role is required to support the operation with the delivery of training, health and social care qualifications and therefore will require the individual to work flexibly, this will include weekend and evening working.

Specific Job Duties:

• Deliver the staff induction programme to all Health & Social Care new starters
• Deliver & assess L2 Health Care Qualification
• Deliver other mandatory training to all company staff
• Design and deliver other specialist training modules as required
• Complete all required training administration

Previous experience:

Added advantage if experience of 1+ year in teaching/training delivery

Education: Pharm D

Special attributes / skills required:

• Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Learning Strategies — Selecting and using training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things
• Instructing — Teaching others how to do something
• Writing — communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience Thinking Creatively — Developing, designing, or creating new modules, ideas, e-courses
