Nursing Manager

This is a full-time on-site role for a Nursing Manager located in Islamabad. The Nursing Manager will oversee the daily operations of the nursing staff, ensure high standards of patient care, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate with other departments to enhance healthcare delivery. Responsibilities include staffing, training, and evaluating nursing staff performance, developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Leadership and management skills
• Experience in staff supervision, training, and performance evaluation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and nursing practices
• Educational background in Nursing (BSN or MSN preferred)
• Relevant certifications (e.g., RN license)
• Experience in a hospital or clinical setting
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
