Male Nursing Supervisor

Job Description

• Provide leadership and direction to the Nurse Lead, ensuring that they adhere to clinic policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Address scheduling conflicts or shortages and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Monitor and assess patient care activities to ensure they meet established standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Address conflicts or issues among medical staff and facilitate open and effective communication within the team.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns to improve the overall patient experience.
• Assist in the procurement and management of clinical resources, equipment, and supplies necessary for training purposes.
• Conduct thorough and accurate assessments of nursing services.
• Document patient information and maintain accurate records.
