Job Description:

Nursing Manager – Cardiac Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursing operations in the Cardiac Department.
• Supervise and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, patient safety standards, and hospital policies.
• Coordinate with cardiac surgeons, physicians, and other clinical teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor patient care outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Prepare duty rosters, manage staffing, and conduct staff training.
• Handle audits, compliance, and documentation as required.
• Address patient and family concerns professionally and promptly
