Job Title: Nursing Operations Executive – Homecare

Location: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

Experience Required: 2–5 years (ANM/GNM Nursing, with experience in homecare or hospital operations preferred)

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing daily nursing operations in the homecare business, including staff deployment, patient coordination, lead management, staff supervision and training, home assessments, and payment collection. This role bridges office, field, and clinical activities to ensure smooth patient care and business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and deploy nursing and caregiving staff as per patient requirements.

- Oversee patient lead management — call, follow up, convert leads, and schedule home visits.

- Conduct initial patient assessments at home to determine care needs and prepare care plans.

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to ensure clarity and satisfaction.

- Supervise, train, and mentor homecare staff (nurses, caregivers) including regular field visits and skills assessments.

- Troubleshoot operational issues, ensure timely staff replacement, and maintain high care quality.

- Maintain daily records, manage basic reports on leads, conversions, and staff deployment.

- Collect payments from patients and ensure prompt deposit and documentation.

- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols, service quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Support HR and clinical teams with recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training sessions for field staff.

Desired Skills and Attributes:

- Registered ANM or GNM nurse; willingness to lead, supervise, and train junior staff.

- Strong communication skills (Telugu, Hindi, English preferred).

- Able to travel locally and conduct field visits as needed.

- Proficient in basic computer operations and mobile apps for reporting/activity tracking.

- Problem-solving attitude, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

- Commitment to patient dignity, quality care, and teamwork.

Qualifications:

- ANM/GNM Nursing qualification mandatory (BSc Nursing preferred).

- Previous experience in homecare, hospital operations, or nurse management (minimum 2 years).

- Proven ability to train or mentor nursing/care staff is an advantage.
