Job Title: Nursing Staff (Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse / Nursing Assistant)

Reports To: Nurse Supervisor / Head Nurse / Medical Director

Job Summary:

Nursing staff are responsible for providing high-quality care to patients by assisting with medical treatments, monitoring patient health, offering emotional support, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient outcomes. They play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care across various healthcare environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care
  • Monitor, assess, and document patient health conditions.
  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
  • Assist with personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and other daily activities.
  • Support patients emotionally and communicate their concerns to physicians.
  • Clinical Duties
  • Prepare patients for procedures and assist during examinations or surgeries.
  • Operate medical equipment and ensure it is maintained.
  • Collect samples for lab testing (blood, urine, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate patient records and report any changes in condition.
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
  • Participate in staff meetings and case discussions.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Follow infection control and health & safety protocols.
  • Adhere to ethical and professional standards.
  • Ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Valid nursing license (RN, LPN, etc.) as required by local/national regulations.
  • Experience:
  • Prior clinical experience preferred (amount may vary by position level).
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and basic medical software.

Work Environment:

  • May include shifts, weekends, and holiday work.
  • Requires standing for extended periods, lifting patients, and responding to emergencies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
