Nursing Staff

Ranka Hospital, a reputed orthopaedic and multispeciality hospital in Pune, is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nursing Staff to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, skilled in clinical care, and committed to maintaining high standards of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols
• Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and progress during treatment
• Assist doctors during medical procedures, rounds, and surgeries
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation
• Ensure patient safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
• Educate patients and families on care procedures and recovery guidelines
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and support staff for seamless patient care
• Respond promptly to emergency situations
• Follow hospital policies, ethical guidelines, and safety regulations

Qualifications

• GNM / ANM / General Nursing qualification
• Valid Nursing Council registration (mandatory)

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Freshers are welcome to apply
