Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist doctors and surgeons during procedures and operations.
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Prepare OT (Operation Theatre) with sterile instruments and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with sterilization and infection control protocols.
• Maintain patient records, reports, and relevant documentation.
• Monitor patient vitals and provide nursing assistance as required.
• Coordinate with medical and administrative teams for smooth operations.
• Handle medical emergencies with prompt action.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Nursing OR OT Technician course from a recognized institute.
• Registration with respective Nursing/Paramedical Council preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in OT / Nursing care (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).
• Good knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization, and patient handling.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and a team player.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time (Onsite)
• Shifts may vary as per clinic schedule

Salary Range:

• Competitive; based on qualifications and experience
• Fooding & Lodging provided if from other city/state.
