Nursing Superintendent

• Staff Management
• Supervise and manage all nursing personnel, including recruitment, placement, rotation, and performance appraisal.
• Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce nursing policies, procedures, and hospital rules to ensure consistent care delivery.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, professional ethics, and nursing standards.
• Leave and Attendance: Approve critical leaves (maternity, paternity, child care), monitor attendance, and handle disciplinary actions for unauthorized absences.

• To ensure timely indenting and proper stock management.
• To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
• Ability to handle larger volume of work in bigger setup.
• Reasonably high level of comfort among physicians.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
