Nursing Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Nursing Supervisor to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining nursing standards, and coordinating with doctors and management.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff on daily shifts.
• Ensure proper patient care and safety standards are maintained.
• Assign duties and monitor staff performance.
• Provide guidance, support, and training to nursing staff.
• Handle emergency situations and make quick decisions.
• Maintain accurate reports, records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors and management for smooth hospital operations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid registration.
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in a supervisory or senior nursing role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle emergency situations efficiently.
