Nursing Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Implement healthcare protocols and maintain high standards of clinical practice.
• Train, mentor, and support nursing teams.
• Oversee patient care, documentation, and staff scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and government regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of nursing experience, preferably in supervisory roles.
• Valid nursing registration/license.
