We have opening for a Nursing Supervisor for our Diagnostics Centre situated in Chalakkudy

Job Description

• Supervise and guide nursing staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
• Ensure high-quality patient care, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
• Monitor and evaluate patient care plans, making adjustments as necessary.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and workload distribution.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement and enforce hospital policies, procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
• Address patient and staff concerns, resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
