Nursing Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties

1. Schedule nurses’ shifts
2. Assign nurses to patients
3. Ensure nursing operational standards are met
4. Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics
5. Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures
6. Handle complaints or other issues
7. Keep records of nurses’ files, patients’ cases and procedures

Skills

1. Proven work experience as a nursing supervisor
2. In-depth knowledge of hospital procedures
3. Thorough knowledge of legal regulations and best practices in healthcare

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
