Nursing Supervisor

1. Supervise and coordinate home nursing staff across assigned locations.

2. Conduct regular home visits to monitor patient care quality.

3. Assess patient needs and create suitable home-care plans.

4. Ensure nurses follow clinical standards and safety protocols.

5. Provide guidance and support to home-nursing staff during complex cases.

6. Maintain patient records, nursing notes, and visit reports.

7. Communicate regularly with patients’ families regarding care updates.

8. Schedule nurses and manage shift allocations efficiently.

9. Train, mentor, and evaluate home-care nurses.

10. Handle patient complaints and resolve care-related issues promptly.

11. Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for treatment updates.

12. Inspect home environments for safety and suitability of care.

13. Monitor medical supplies and equipment used for home care.

14. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

15. **Requirements: Female candidates only; Chennai location only; must know 2-wheeler driving for home visit coordination.**
