Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
• Develop and implement nursing protocols and standards of care.
• Monitor patient care activities and address any issues or concerns.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and support.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Conduct staff meetings and provide ongoing education and training.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on patient care and staff performance.
• Handle patient and family inquiries, complaints, and concerns effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
