Nursing Tutor

• Teaching & Training
• Conduct theory and practical classes as per the nursing curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and demonstrations.
• Guide students in clinical postings, ensuring proper patient care practices.
• Organize seminars, workshops, and case presentations.
• Student Mentoring & Evaluation
• Supervise and mentor students in both classroom and clinical settings.
• Assess students’ performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.
• Provide academic and career guidance to nursing students.
• Clinical Support & Supervision
• Ensure students follow nursing protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.
• Monitor and evaluate clinical performance of students during hospital postings.
• Administrative & Academic Contribution
• Maintain student records, attendance, and evaluation reports.
• Participate in curriculum development and examination duties.
• Assist in organizing academic programs, health camps, and continuing education sessions.
• Research & Professional Development
• Encourage evidence-based practice and involve students in basic research activities.
• Stay updated with latest trends in nursing education and clinical practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
