Designation: Nursing Tutor

Location : VG School of Nursing, Coimbatore (Mettupalayam road, Thudiyalur)

Education: B.sc Nursing/ M.sc Nursing

Experience: Minimum 2 years is required

Job responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group tutoring in nursing subjects including anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, fundamentals of nursing, medical-surgical nursing, pediatrics, maternity, mental health, and community health.
• Clarify complex concepts and reinforce classroom and clinical learning using evidence-based educational methods.
• Assist students in developing clinical reasoning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Review and evaluate students’ learning needs, identify knowledge gaps, and create personalized learning plans.
• Guide students in preparing for exams, including quizzes, midterms, finals, skills check-offs, and licensure examinations.
• Demonstrate and review clinical skills, such as assessment techniques, vital signs, medication administration principles, and documentation.
• Support students with study strategies, time management, and test-taking techniques.
• Collaborate with faculty and academic staff to align tutoring sessions with curriculum objectives and learning outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and attendance.
• Stay current with nursing best practices, educational strategies, and curriculum updates.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
