NVH / Road load data / Force calculations for NVH CAE

Responsibilities:- Perform RLDA using ADAMS for system-level and vehicle-level simulations and support to perform NVH CAE.
- Develop and validate chassis models for NVH
- Conduct K&C (Kinematics & Compliance) simulation, NVH Simulations and tire modeling.
- Interpret simulation results, prepare technical reports, and recommend design improvements.
- Support design and testing teams to improve vehicle NVH performance .
- Correlate virtual Road noise/ engine noise simulations with physical test data to enhance accuracy.
- Work closely with validation teams to ensure alignment between simulation and real-world testing.
Added advantage: Familiarity with tools like MATLAB/Simulink, /CD-NVH tire modeling/Python.
Technical/ Functional
:
Strong knowledge in NVH, RLDA, and body / chassis systems.
Proficiency in ADAMS (vehicle/chassis modeling), Hypermesh /NASTRAN /MATLAB, Python.
Ability to perform virtual validation aligned with physical RLDA testing conditions.
Capability to analyze prototype/market failures and suggest countermeasures.
Experience in Model-Based Development (MBD) and NVH correlation techniques.
Candidate should have:
Sound Knowledge of ADAMS / HYPERMESH / NASTRAN
Basic python, MATLAB, Automation
