About the Role: Lessing’s Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, Marketing Manager based in New York City to lead and execute marketing initiatives for two iconic Times Square venues: Ellen’s Stardust Diner and The Iridium. This role is ideal for a creative, idea driven marketing individual who excels in communication, strategic partnerships and thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative and artistic, Broadway and musical environment.

You’ll serve as the primary marketing liaison between owner, Ellen, Ellen’s team and Lessing’s corporate marketing department, working closely with Ellen and the on-site staff to bring big ideas to life through project management, on-site event execution and recaps. You’ll also manage marketing efforts for The Iridium (Blues, Jazz and Rock), located downstairs from Ellen’s Stardust Diner. Marketing for this venue requires oversight and execution of campaigns, digital outreach driving ticket sales and promotional, sponsorship initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the main point of contact between Ellen’s Stardust Diner staff, The Iridium and Lessing’s corporate team.

· Attend weekly in-person meetings with key stakeholders presenting marketing programs, recaps and ensuring alignment on marketing direction and activations.

· Work with Lessing’s Marketing Team to develop annual planning calendars.

· Create, spearhead and cultivate strategic partnership programs and work closely with partners to bring concepts to life from inception to execution in the diner, theatre or at The Iridium.

· Manager PR firm and hold them accountable for execution and goal attainment.

· Develop and execute creative, original marketing campaigns that reflect the unique spirit of both venues with focus on driving traffic and sales revenue.

· Coordinate with Lessing’s marketing leadership for final approvals on all campaigns, materials, events and outreach.

· Manage brunches and dinner shows within the Stardust Theatre below Ellen’s Stardust Diner (also known as Iridium).

· Support The Iridium’s marketing strategy including promotions, sponsorships, events, social campaigns, web updates, ticket management and brand messaging.

· Help with on-site content creation to support and enhance our social media efforts.

· Track campaign performance and prepare monthly recaps and reports.

· Utilize HubSpot Marketing Hub to analyze marketing emails and social KPIs.

Qualifications:

· 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, entertainment, or restaurant sectors.

· NYC-based and able to be on-site regularly at Ellen’s Stardust Diner and The Iridium.

· Experience using HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, and automation.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PPT, Excel).

· Experience with web CMS platforms like Wix, Wordpress or Squarespace.

· written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills.

· Highly organized, proactive, and skilled at seeing campaigns through from concept to execution.

· A love for iconic NYC culture, live music, and Broadway is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
