Occupational Safety Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

General Qualifications:

• Conduct and update risk assessments tailored to hazardous-class manufacturing operations
• Analyze workplace accidents, near misses, and occupational illnesses; develop preventive measures
• Plan and deliver occupational safety trainings; maintain training records
• Prepare emergency response plans and organize drills; report outcomes
• Monitor and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Perform regular safety inspections and enforce compliance with safety protocols
• Liaise with official institutions and ensure timely legal notifications
• Support internal audits within the scope of ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Occupational Safety, or related fields
• Valid B Class Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate
• Experienced in hazardous class production environments
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety legislation and regulations
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
