Technical Training Specialist

Mersin, Turkey

We are looking for “Technical Training Specialist” to join RMC & Aggregate Technical Team at ÇİMSA.


As Technical Training Specialist at Çimsa, you will be responsible for:

  • Plan, organize, and deliver occupational safety, technical, and quality training programs for employees and relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct planning activities prior to training programs and ensure effective coordination between departments and external service providers.
  • Analyze feedback gathered from training sessions and collaborate with technical, production, quality, environment, and occupational safety teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and follow up on reported risks, hazards, and near-miss incidents, contributing to effective resolution processes.
  • Manage the budget and financial performance of training activities and take necessary actions in coordination with related departments.
  • Identify emerging training needs, develop training content, organize internal training sessions, and coordinate external training programs when required.
  • Monitor company policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure training materials and content remain up to date and compliant.


This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical training, production, quality, or maintenance-related roles.
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Occupational Health and Safety expertise (certified or experienced as an Occupational Safety Specialist).
  • Comprehensive understanding of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Certified Trainer or completion of a “Train the Trainer” program.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively.
  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities, capable of managing multiple training programs simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
  • Open to innovation and continuous learning, with experience in delivering or participating in technical training programs.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English (B2+) both written and spoken.
  • Willing to travel as required by training activities.
  • Residing in or willing to relocate to Mersin.
