About the Role:
Alia Autism Center is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team. The role focuses on supporting children and young adults with autism to develop independence, communication, and life skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assess sensory, motor, and functional skills.
- Create and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Support daily living and vocational skills training.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families. Maintain therapy records and contribute to IEPs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
- NHRA license (or eligibility to register in Bahrain).
- Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
