Occupational Therapist

The Center for People with Disabilities in Qatar is seeking a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a compassionate and skilled professional who is committed to enhancing the well-being, independence, and quality of life of individuals with disabilities through evidence-based occupational therapy practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in one-on-one, group, and classroom settings.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver effective therapeutic interventions.
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support clients’ development, participation, and inclusion.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and evaluations in accordance with professional and organizational standards.
• Support clients with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, and sensory integration challenges.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy..
• Valid certification and/or licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum of three (3) years of relevant full-time experience in clinical and/or educational settings.
• Strong background in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention delivery.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team-oriented, multidisciplinary environment.
• High level of professionalism, adaptability, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
