We are actively hiring an experienced Business Development Executive – Ocean Freight for our sales/operations department. We are expanding our ocean freight division and are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in ocean freight
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, shipping lines, and partners
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth shipment handling
• Ensure timely booking, documentation, and shipment tracking
• Follow up on shipments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
• Handle customer queries related to shipment status, pricing, and documentation

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Ocean freight forwarding
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of international shipping terms
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
