OCM Lead

Karachi, Pakistan

Position: OCM Lead (Organisational Change Management – SAP Deployment)
Location: Onsite at Local Office / Factory

HRSG, on behalf of one of its leading clients, is seeking an OCM Lead to drive change management activities at the local deployment site. The role will be central in guiding the business through its SAP transformation journey, ensuring adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Leadership

  • Lead all site-level change management activities in line with established methodology and toolkit.
  • Collaborate with the Training Coordinator to ensure seamless execution of training and engagement.
  • Monitor and refine change management practices for continuous improvement.

Business Readiness & Impact Management

  • Develop stakeholder maps and engagement plans.
  • Coach SAP Super Users to act as change agents and track readiness through regular checks.
  • Drive identification, assessment, and action planning for local impacts of change.
  • Monitor resistance, readiness, and progress against change action plans.

Benefits & Organizational Alignment

  • Support identification and prioritisation of benefits from the change.
  • Align benefits and change initiatives with site leadership.
  • Oversee role mapping to ensure accurate SAP access and manage potential workload impacts.
  • Partner with HR to sustain the SAP Super User role post go-live.

Communications & Engagement

  • Own and deliver the local communications plan, including artefacts, campaigns, and town halls.
  • Develop impactful materials such as presentations, SharePoint content, and posters.
  • Coach Super Users to effectively communicate people impacts to end users.

Training & Governance

  • Develop and manage training plans in collaboration with local leadership.
  • Ensure availability of users for mandatory training and report completion status.
  • Track business readiness and present OCM updates at governance forums and Toll Gate meetings.

Key Requirements

  • Prior experience in Organisational Change Management within large-scale programmes (SAP change management experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in managing resistance, stakeholder engagement, and training programme planning.
  • Excellent project management, influencing, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and local language (both written and spoken).
  • Passionate about organisational change and capable of driving adoption across diverse teams.
