ICM Lead (Independent Customer Management)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced ICM Lead to manage and strengthen customer relationships for our denim garment manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for international buyers, ensuring smooth communication, order management, and customer satisfaction from order placement to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the Independent Customer Management function, serving as the main liaison between customers and internal teams.

· Manage end-to-end customer orders, including confirmations, approvals, production follow-ups, and shipment updates.

· Ensure timely communication with buyers regarding order status, quality checks, and delivery schedules.

· Collaborate with production, merchandising, supply chain, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.

· Handle customer complaints, resolve issues, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and buyer satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate records of customer communications and contracts.

· Identify opportunities for improving service and strengthening long-term customer partnerships.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Textile, Supply Chain, or related field.

· 5–7 years of experience in customer management, order handling, or merchandising within the Garment/Denim industry.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills with international customers.

· Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM tools.

· Ability to manage multiple accounts under tight deadlines.

· Leadership skills to guide and support a small team.
