Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Account Manager / Team Lead to manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and ensure smooth delivery of all marketing services. This person will act as the bridge between clients, the COO, and the internal team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as main point of contact for clients.
• Translate marketing strategies into actionable plans.
• Assign and manage tasks across the team.
• Review deliverables (ads, posts, reports) before sharing with clients.
• Create timelines, manage deadlines, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Support creative direction by coordinating with the COO and designers.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in account management or digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Paid Media, Social Media, SEO, and CRO.
• Leadership skills to guide interns and junior staff.

Salary Range: 60,000 – 100,000 PKR per month

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
