OD Executive

AA Joyland Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire OD Executive for its HR Department-Head Office based in Karachi.

The ideal candidate will assist in organizational development initiatives, performance management systems, and employee engagement activities.

Position: OD Executive
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in OD, HR Excellence, or similar role
Salary: 50k - 60k
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or relevant field.

Job Duties:

• Assist in implementing OD initiatives and conducting organizational assessments
• Support development and tracking of KPIs across departments
• Assist in managing performance appraisal cycles and analyzing performance data
• Help develop and update SOPs, ensuring process compliance
• Support communication of policies and procedures across the organization
• Assist in succession planning and identification of high-potential employees
• Support Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate training sessions
• Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities
• Conduct surveys and compile employee feedback
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and maintain data for analysis
