We specialize in implementing Odoo ERP to help businesses of all sizes streamline their operations, enhance productivity, and drive growth. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Odoo Consultant to join our dynamic team.

As an Odoo Consultant, you will be the key link between our clients and the technical implementation of the Odoo platform. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, configuring Odoo modules, and ensuring a successful deployment that meets our clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with clients.
• Design, configure, and customize Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR) to fit client specifications.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo projects, from planning and gap analysis to training, data migration, and go-live support.
• Provide expert advice and best practices to clients on how to leverage Odoo for maximum efficiency.
• Prepare detailed functional and technical documentation for projects.
• Train end-users and system administrators on how to use Odoo effectively.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and manage change requests.
• Collaborate closely with Odoo developers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Odoo features and modules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Odoo Consultant, Odoo Functional Consultant, or in a similar ERP implementation role.
• Strong functional knowledge of multiple Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, and Accounting are essential).
• Experience in leading at least 3-5 full-cycle Odoo implementations.
• Excellent understanding of business processes in areas like Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into a functional system.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Haves):

• Odoo Certification is a significant plus.
• Experience with Odoo.sh platform.
• Knowledge of Arabic or other languages.
• Basic understanding of Python and XML to better communicate with the technical team.
• Experience working in a consultancy or client-facing role in the UAE/GCC market.
