Odoo Consultant (Functional)

Position: Odoo Functional Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced  Odoo Functional Consultant  to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid grasp of business operations and hands-on experience in deploying Odoo ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs and business processes to develop tailored Odoo solutions.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules according to specific business requirements.
• Manage efficiently end-to-end implementations of Odoo.
• Deliver training and support to clients and users, ensuring smooth adoption of Odoo applications.
• Partner with developers and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and functionality.
• Organize and facilitate client meetings and workshops to gather feedback and discuss project updates.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and functional specs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated 2 - 3 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience performed minimum of 3–4 full-cycle Odoo end-to-end implementations (including Odoo SH, SaaS, and Community versions).
• Strong understanding of business workflows and experience in requirements gathering.
• Good English communication skills for international clients dealing.
• Available to join us immediately.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• Odoo certification(s) will be considered a plus.
• Prior experience with other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL for effective data handling within Odoo databases.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases to validate Odoo customizations and features.
