Odoo CRM Specialist

Aala Tech is looking for a skilled and motivated Odoo CRM Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a professional who has hands-on experience with Odoo CRM customization, implementation, and user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, customize, and maintain Odoo CRM modules according to business needs
• Analyze business processes and convert them into effective Odoo CRM solutions
• Configure workflows, pipelines, automation, dashboards, and reporting
• Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end users
• Integrate Odoo CRM with other business systems where required
• Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and security
• Coordinate with management and departments to optimize CRM usage

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Odoo CRM Specialist or Odoo Functional Consultant
• Strong understanding of Odoo CRM features and business workflows
• Experience with Odoo customization and module configuration
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred)
