Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of business workflows and the ability to align them with Odoo ERP functionalities. This role involves working closely with clients to gather requirements, configure Odoo modules, and provide ongoing guidance and support throughout project implementations.

Key Responsibilities Client Interaction

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, goals, and system requirements.
• Conduct detailed requirement analysis and translate needs into Odoo functionalities.

Odoo Configuration

• Customize and configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR according to client specifications.

Project Leadership

• Manage and oversee Odoo ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.

Training & Support

• Deliver end-user training sessions and offer post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption.

Documentation

• Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation including configuration notes, customization details, and user guides.

Testing

• Perform thorough system testing to validate that solutions meet expected requirements.

Troubleshooting

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues during and after implementation.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated on the latest Odoo features and ERP trends.
• Recommend system enhancements to improve overall performance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Odoo across multiple modules.
• Strong understanding of ERP workflows and business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or related technologies is a plus.
• Odoo certification is preferred.
