Odoo Developer

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Expert Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, developing, and implementing Odoo ERP modules to meet our business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration of Odoo with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP modules to meet business requirements.
• Implement new features, workflows, and enhancements within Odoo.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs.
• Migrate data from legacy systems to Odoo.
• Perform technical analysis, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal performance of the Odoo platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo Developer (minimum 3+ years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo framework, Python, PostgreSQL, and XML.
• Experience in customizing Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
• Proficient in front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery).
• Experience with Odoo API integrations and web services.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and deployment best practices.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Odoo certification(s).
• Experience with Docker, Linux server environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation best practices.
