As part of our digital transformation strategy, we are upgrading our ERP infrastructure to enhance automation, integration, and efficiency across all business operations.

We are seeking a skilled and visionary Odoo Developer to lead the development and optimization of our ERP ecosystem, helping shape the technological backbone of our growing enterprise.

Position Overview

The Senior Odoo Developer will be responsible for the end-to-end design, customization, and deployment of Odoo ERP modules. This high-impact role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure Odoo seamlessly supports all operational, financial, and customer-facing processes.

Key Responsibilities

ERP Development & Customization

• Design, develop, and maintain Odoo modules for Fleet Management, HR, CRM, Finance, and Operations.
• Customize workflows and implement automation to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and deploy both frontend (UI/UX) and backend logic using Python and XML/QWeb.

Requirements Gathering & Solution Design

• Collaborate with department heads to understand business requirements.
• Translate functional specifications into scalable technical solutions.

Workflow Optimization & Reporting

• Develop dashboards, KPI trackers, and analytical reports for management.
• Continuously enhance system usability and user experience.

System Integration

• Integrate Odoo with GPS platforms, HRMS, payment gateways, and other third-party systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, synchronization, and system performance.

Performance, Security & Compliance

• Optimize system performance and maintain robust code standards.
• Implement data protection, access control, and regular backups.

Support, Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and post-deployment support.
• Maintain detailed documentation of workflows, architecture, and changes.
• Stay current with Odoo community updates and emerging technologies.

Candidate Profile

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Odoo certification (preferred).

Technical Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of proven Odoo ERP development and customization experience.
• Strong in Python, Odoo ORM, PostgreSQL, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
• Experience with API integrations, Git, and Docker-based environments.
• Understanding of frontend and backend Odoo architecture.

Preferred Background

• Experience in transportation, logistics, or service-based industries.
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation ability.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
