Odoo Developer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Odoo Developer to join our ERP development team. You will be responsible for customizing, developing, and maintaining Odoo modules, integrating third-party apps, and ensuring optimal performance of ERP solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo modules (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Implement technical solutions based on functional requirements provided by the business/consultants.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo ERP.
• Conduct unit testing and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and project managers to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
• Provide technical support and documentation for client deployments.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Odoo development (versions 12–16 preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, and Odoo framework.
• Experience with front-end technologies: JavaScript, XML, HTML, and QWeb reports.
• Understanding of ERP processes and modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

• Experience in Odoo module migration and upgrades.
• Knowledge of Git or other version control systems.
• Experience with server deployment, Docker, and Linux environments.
