Odoo Developer

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both functional business processes and technical Odoo development, with the ability to implement, customize, and support ERP solutions based on Odoo.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions
• Implement and configure Odoo modules (Sales, Accounting, Inventory, HR, etc.)
• Develop custom modules and reports using Python and PostgreSQL
• Provide functional support and user training
• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Work closely with clients to improve business processes

Requirements

• 2–5+ years experience in Odoo implementation (functional + technical)
• Strong knowledge of Python, XML, and PostgreSQL
• Experience in Odoo modules and workflows
• Understanding of accounting, sales, and inventory processes
• Ability to gather requirements and prepare documentation
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in UAE/GCC projects is a plus

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per hour
