Odoo Developer - Remote

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and customizing Odoo applications to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience and a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Odoo development, with experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective Odoo solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo applications/modules.
• Analyze business requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and ensure the stability and reliability of applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Odoo applications.
• Implement and optimize Odoo functional solutions, particularly in Accounting, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules.
• Provide training to customers on Odoo solutions to ensure smooth adoption and usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Odoo developer with expertise in both technical and functional aspects.
• Strong Odoo functional knowledge with deep expertise in Accounting, Sales, Purchase, and Inventory modules.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
• Solid understanding of Odoo framework, architecture, and development best practices.
• Knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of API development and various integration techniques
• Experience in customizing and extending Odoo modules.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Odoo certification(s).
