CMS- Technology Developer

Developer - As an CMS Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery. You will engage in proactive problem-solving and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, ensuring that all services meet the established standards and expectations. Your role will also include documenting processes and providing insights to enhance operational efficiency, making a significant impact on the overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to enhance service delivery.

- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Customer Service Operations.

- Strong understanding of service level agreements and operational metrics.

- Experience with incident management and problem resolution processes.

- Ability to analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and techniques.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service Operations.

- A 15 years full time education is required.

- Troubleshooting experiences (tools, logs analysis etc.) and quick Troubleshooting skill

- 2 years of Experience in Application / Platform support activities, proficient in ITSM tool, processess and Support activities.

- Willing to work in shifts, on-call for Operational supports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR14,000.00 - QAR17,000.00 per month
