Position Summary:

PetroRaq is seeking a talented Odoo Developer with 3-4 years of experience in Odoo implementation, Python coding, and ERP customization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing ERP systems to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Odoo Implementation:
• Configure and implement Odoo ERP solutions according to business requirements.
• Customize Odoo modules and features to fit the specific needs of the organization.
• Python Development:
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code for Odoo applications.
• Develop new functionalities and features based on user requirements.
• ERP Customization:
• Design and implement custom modules and integrations to extend Odoo’s capabilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo ERP systems.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with business analysts and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Documentation:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for customizations, configurations, and integrations.
• Ensure proper documentation of code and processes for future reference.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Odoo ERP implementation and customization.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Odoo modules and their customization.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL database management.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Skills:

• Proven experience in developing and customizing Odoo ERP systems.
• Strong Python coding skills.
• Ability to understand and implement complex business processes within Odoo.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging ERP systems.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.

Timing: 8 am to 5 pm KSA TIME (Sunday to Thursday)
