Odoo Full Stack Developer (Remote)

Position - Odoo FullStack Developer

Shift Timings - Mon–Fri 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM | Sat 8:30 PM – 1:30 AM (Resource will have to work the night shift for the first 3 months; after that, the day shift will begin).

Job Summary:
As an Odoo Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing Odoo modules and applications. You will work closely with our development team to design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Odoo framework and architecture, as well as full-stack development experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements.
• Design and implement new features and functionality within the Odoo framework.
• Integrate Odoo with third-party systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug Odoo issues and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and system configurations.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Odoo and relevant technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years proven experience as an Odoo Developer, with a strong understanding of the Odoo framework and architecture.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with Odoo development, customization, and module creation.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, React, Angular).
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Odoo certification or relevant training.
• Experience with Odoo.sh or Odoo Enterprise.
• Knowledge of business processes in various domains (e.g., accounting, inventory, sales).
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
