Position: Odoo Functional Consultant

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, implementing Odoo modules, and providing end-to-end functional support. The consultant will work closely with clients and technical teams to ensure successful system configurations, process optimization, and seamless delivery of Odoo-based business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze client business processes and identify requirements for Odoo implementation.
• Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Provide training, testing, and post-implementation support to users.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform system testing, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Prepare functional documentation, workflows, and reports as needed.
• Stay updated with new Odoo releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 +years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows.
• Hands-on experience with multiple Odoo modules and configurations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
