🔎 Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of business processes and the expertise to translate them into effective Odoo ERP solutions.

This role requires close collaboration with clients, comprehensive requirement gathering, module configuration, and ongoing support throughout the implementation lifecycle.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Work closely with clients to understand business processes, objectives, and system needs
• Conduct in-depth requirement analysis and align business requirements with Odoo ERP capabilities

Odoo Configuration

• Configure and customize modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, and HR
• Ensure solutions are tailored to meet client-specific requirements

Project Management

• Lead Odoo ERP implementation projects
• Ensure timely delivery within defined scope and budget

Training & Support

• Conduct end-user training sessions
• Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth system adoption

Documentation & Testing

• Prepare detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and user manuals
• Perform comprehensive testing to validate solutions

Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement

• Identify and resolve implementation issues
• Stay updated with new Odoo releases and ERP trends
• Recommend enhancements to optimize performance and efficiency

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo across multiple modules
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and business workflows
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar technologies (preferred)
• Odoo certification (preferred)
