Odoo Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team in Lahore. This full-time, on-site role involves managing and implementing ERP solutions for clients, configuring and customizing workflows, and providing ongoing support to resolve technical issues. You will work across various projects, supporting sectors such as manufacturing, distribution, sales, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP systems, including configuration and customization to meet client needs.
• Design and optimize ERP solutions that align with business requirements.
• Engage in client interactions, understanding and documenting requirements for both new and existing projects.
• Research and develop new functionalities and customize modules to address specific client requirements.
• Provide user training and demonstrations to ensure efficient use of the ERP system.
• Prepare detailed documentation for implementation processes, workflows, and project updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (B-COM (IT), MBA, MCOM, ACCA).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP role.
• Strong understanding of Odoo modules, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM.
• Proficient in solution design, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage projects independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
