Odoo Functional Consultant (Client-Facing Role)

About Us

System Development Services is a growing ERP and technology company delivering Odoo implementations to domestic and international clients. We work with trading companies, restaurants, logistics firms, multi-branch businesses, and service industries.

We are expanding our ERP consulting team and looking for a confident, professional Odoo Functional Consultant who can work with domestic & international clients, conduct training sessions in fluent English, and represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from clients
• Map business processes into relevant Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, POS, HR, Manufacturing)
• Configure Odoo system according to functional requirements
• Conduct online and on-site training sessions in professional English
• Lead UAT sessions and manage client sign-offs
• Prepare clear functional documentation and SOPs
• Coordinate with technical team for customizations
• Provide post-implementation support
• Represent the company at exhibitions, ERP demos, and client meetings

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant
• Strong understanding of ERP business workflows
• Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
• Confident in conducting Zoom/Teams training sessions
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Professional appearance and client-handling ability
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
