Role Overview

We are a growing Upwork Agency led by a Senior Industrial Engineering expert (NED/ VU Alum). We specialize in solving complex manufacturing and supply chain problems for international clients using Odoo. We are looking for a Technical "Hand" to implement the "Brain" of our operations. You will work directly with the Lead Engineer to build custom modules, automate shop-floor workflows, and integrate complex manufacturing logic.

Technical Requirements:

• Core Odoo: Deep expertise in Odoo 16/ 17/ 18 (Enterprise & Community).
• Python Specialist: Strong "Object-Oriented Programming" in Python. You must understand Odoos ORM, inheritance, and business logic layers.
• Manufacturing (MRP) Expertise: Must have experience customizing the Odoo Manufacturing, Inventory, and PLM modules.
• Database: Proficiency in PostgreSQL (Complex queries and data migration).
• Frontend: Experience with XML/ QWeb for custom report generation and UI views.
• Nice to Have: Experience with Odoo.sh, API integrations, and IoT Box (for factory floor automation).

Experience: 3-5 years
